We loved how the empanadas did not skimp on the savory chorizo filling. Their sizes make for a perfect snack or appetizer. You can even try it with sour cream or garlic yogurt sauce for that extra kick making it a different snack altogether! PS: go the extra mile (not that it takes that long) and toast it, you won't regret it.
